Return Period: 

You may return your order up to 15 days after receiving your shipment.

Conditions for Returns:

– All items must be NEW and UNUSED and in their original packaging.
– Returns must be initiated within 15 days from the date your item was delivered.
– Due to sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns on earrings.
– Merchandise must be free of scents such as cigarette smoke, perfume, and pet odors.
– If you are returning your item(s), please include your contact information and order number, or a copy of the original packing slip.
– We do not exchange items. Please return the item you have and place a new order.

Returns Process:

– For all returns [Other than Damage or Incorrect Item Shipped], please ship the item back to us at your expense.
– We will refund the price of the merchandise. (Shipping charges are non-refundable).

Returns due to Shipment Damage or Incorrect Item Shipped:

– You must contact us within 5 business days of receiving your shipment to request a return authorization.
– We will provide instructions for returning the damaged or incorrect item, and will send you a shipping label.
– We may request pictures of the item in question in certain cases.
– All defective merchandise will undergo inspection to determine the cause of the issue.

Color Variation Disclaimer:

– We do not consider color variation between product images and actual items to be a defect. Please contact us for more information about colors before placing your order if you have concerns.
